horrible service, they tell you one price then change it and once services are provided they half ass it and don’t want to fix the mistakes they’ve made. It’s happened to me and family members wouldn’t recommend.

I was looking for a place that specializes in doing alignments on my Tesla Model X since the Tesla center had a two week wait. CartronixPlus was one of the recommended places so I went there and they said it would be a 4 hour wait since I didn’t have an appointment. I scheduled a 9am appointment for the next day and decided to have them clear tint my windshield and two front windows as well. I showed up at 8:30am just to be first in line. I ended up waiting 6 hours to get the alignment and tint down even with an appointment. They didn’t start the tint job until 1:30pm. When I went to pay, I asked to get the alignment printout to compare the before and after. Edson said their printer wasn’t working. For the 6 hours that I sat in the lobby, Edson, never approached me to give me an update on the progress. I had to go ask him each time and go look for my car just to see if it they were working on it. Two weeks later, I decided to get my truck windshield tinted to reduce the heat. Edson offered me a discount last time since I would be a returning customer. I arrived today at 10:45am for my 11am appointment. Edson said it would take an hour. At 12:10pm, I went to check on m

I brought them a new Corksport exhaust and turbo intake to install. They installed it same day and only took a couple of hours. It came out so great. So happy with their service and care.

Awesome shop with great customer service! Daniel is a pleasure to work with. Very flexible and wheels were just what wanted. Since I was coming from out of town to pick these up, he was willing to work with me to pick them up at a convenient time. Even though I’m in San Antonio, I will definitely contact them for my next set of wheels.

I was referred by my Honda dealership agent to this place. Needed some weird size custom wheels and tires for my 2015 Honda Crosstour (the Last of its generation) and here is the GREAT outcome. I'm a strong believer in customer service satisfaction; You know you're in good hands when they take the time to call you regarding to your concerns. Mr. Carlos walked me through my different tire options. Also Daniel helped me from beginning to the end. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the business. I showed him the style of wheels I wanted and he patiently got them in from Dallas!  (Thank you Daniel ) Staff, prices and service all are A Class.   HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
